MEET CODY SCHREGER
NYC born and raised aerialist turned actress. I still have my best ideas when I am standing on my hands and I can hold said handstand for a very long time. Growing up my parents had difficulty convincing me that lip-syncing naked to the music of Les Miserables was not the right thing to do when guests came over, the only difference now is that I prefer to be clothed.
When I am not out auditioning or working on a project I am coaching people to better health and happiness as a certified holistic wellness coach and dreaming of adopting another dog. Every few months I curate, produce and host a variety show called "No Holds Barred Variety" at Dixon Place in Lower Manhattan.
